1. Account Registration & Verification

Access to pricing and order placement is restricted to verified businesses and trade partners.

• You must provide accurate business info, shipping addresses, and a valid GSTIN registration.
• Little Souls reserves the right to approve or reject registration applications based on territorial limits or credit eligibility.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

As a partner platform, products have specified Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) listed in their details. Orders that fail to meet these requirements cannot be processed.

3. Pricing and Taxes

• Product prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• GST will be charged at the standard rate of 12% at the time of final invoicing.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but approved orders will lock the rate at checkout.

4. Payment Terms & Ledger Credit

Our standard payment terms include Cash on Delivery, Pre-paid Invoice, or Net 30-Day Credit (subject to verification). Outstanding balances must be cleared within agreed timelines. Late payments may result in suspension of ordering rights.

5. Shipping & Handling

Shipping is free on orders above ₹15,000 across India. For orders below ₹15,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹350 will be charged. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules.

6. Intellectual Property & Reselling

All brand logos, text, packaging designs, and product photos on this website are the intellectual property of Little Souls. Resellers may use product media solely for marketing approved Little Souls stock. Under no circumstances should products be white-labeled or rebranded without explicit authorization.
